“The transfer fees are a bit expensive; can we do group payment?”

Yes. If paying by group, indicate all the names of the registrants in the proof of payment. The same document can be used by each individual when registering. One registration form per participant.

“If I fit into more than one registration category, which rate should I pay for?”

You can use the category with the lower registration fee. For example, if you are a student and an ASEAN resident, you can pay the student price.

“I am a PhD student; am I classified as a “student” in the registration category?”

Yes. All students (undergraduate or graduate) can use the ‘student’ category as long as you have a valid ID or proof of enrolment for the current school term.

“When is the deadline for presenters, April 30 or May 30?”

The confirmation deadline for Conference presenters is APRIL 30 (has been extended until May 7). This means that Conference presenters must be registered by May 7 to be included in the program. Early registration for Conference participants (non-presenters) is until MAY 30.

“What are the details needed for payment?”

“Can I pay with a credit card?”

Yes. You can use remittance platforms (e.g. WISE, Xoom) to pay using your credit card.

“Can I pay onsite?”

No. For now, all Conference presenters and non-presenters must register online to participate in the Conference.

“I am having trouble transferring funds; are there any alternative methods of payment?”

You can use remittance platforms (e.g. WISE, Xoom) to transfer funds from your bank account, debit card, or credit card.

[For Filipino citizens] “Do I still need to go to the Landbank UP Diliman branch to pay?”

No. You can pay the registration fee using the online platform of your bank.

“Do I have to send a full paper?”

The Organizing Committee does not require a full paper submission.

“Can I present online?”

All presentations will be on-site.

“Do you have a scholarship or funding?”

We do not offer grants / funding as of the moment. Please contact your institution if they offer Conference grants.
